TERMS OF SERVICE
If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

✦ First Come, First Serve.
✦ Ensure that you fill up the FORM correctly. If form is not filled up correctly, you may need to re-write.
✦ Include Colored References. (Digital Refs are appreciated.)
✦ I have the right to reject a commission.
✦ Send the payment in 48 hours after I total your commission price.

✦ I won't start working on the commission until full payment has been settled.
✦ You are entitled to choose to send a partial payment if the total price of the commission is $100 or more. If that is the case, the full payment needs to be settled before I send the final work.Paypal

✦ If you are ever asked if you have received the "product", say yes as your order is not to be received physically.Refunds / Cancellations
✦ You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation before payment is sent / i start on your commission.
✦ If I am at the sketching stage, 60% of the amount will be refunded.
✦ If I am at the lineart stage, 40% of the amount will be refunded.
✦ If I am at the coloring stage, 20% of the amount will be refunded.
✦ I will send the amount I've received after fees back to you.
✦ I have the full right to refund / cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation.Copyright / Usage
✦ I retain all rights to my artwork and may use it however I see fit.
✦ You may ask for your commission to be made private.
✦ You may not use my artwork commercially / to gain profit.
✦ You may repost on other websites only with proper credit.
✦ You may not edit / trace the commissioned artwork.
✦ It is the commissioner's responsibility to save all artwork as I clear out my files frequently.What you will receive

✦ Icons : You will receive a GIF/ PNG version of your icon.
✦ Digital : You will receive the watermarked full resolution JPG / PNG image.Revisions / Corrections

✦ I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something. (I will revise those on the "Character Mistakes" List)
✦ I will not redo a commission.
